Gorilazz Vector

A : Well this is jpg picture of gorilazz...
B :so?whats wrong with it??!
A :I use corel draw X4 and make it to vector,
B :what is different about vector and jpg?
A : if vector u can edit and resize it all u want but if jpg if u resized it will scramble and plan
